Academy of Hospital Administration [AHA] is a professional body of qualified hospital administrators “not for profit” organization, also exempted from Income Tax under Sec-12A & registered under the society registration act 1860. AHA is registered by National Registration Board for Personnel and Training, QCI Govt of India as Consultant Organization Registration NO: NC07 0 2.

Quality Control / Regulation / Accreditation
NABH accreditation standard is based on the standard prepared by AHA which was a sustained effort of number of AHA members for many months. This was prepared taking into consideration various international standard like JACHO, Australian, European etc. Our members are also involved in assessing hospitals for accreditations and CGHS certification. We have been working for many years towards Accreditation of Hospitals and developing norms for hospitals in Indian context. We are over whelmed that National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH) has been constituted in which many members and office bearers of Academy of Hospital Administration [AHA] are working. We also have many qualified assessors trained by NABH and we would put all efforts to bring up hospitals to the level where these can be accredited.
