Article-4: Patient Satisfaction: Perception regarding services provided in Outpatient Department of a public apex tertiary care hospital.

Abstract
This study evaluated the patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Department of a public apex tertiary care hospital of India. Researchers focused on patient’s satisfaction under domains based on appointment methods, accessibility, convenience and staff behavior.  Results showed,  walk-in appointment method was one of the frequently used methods to book an appointment for the consultation.  Majority of patients were satisfied with registration process, staff behavior, clinical services including consultation, accessibility & convenience to basic public facilities incl. drinking water facility & parking in OPD.
