Prof. (Dr.) Hem Chandra is a distinguished academician, healthcare administrator, and visionary leader with over three decades of illustrious service in medical education, hospital administration, and public healthcare. An alumnus of AIIMS, New Delhi, he has held some of the highest leadership positions in India’s healthcare education sector, demonstrating excellence in both administrative and academic domains.

He is currently serving as Advisor to the Hon’ble President & Director - Hospital Services at the prestigious Himalayan Hospital, SRHU, Dehradun.

  4. First and only Fellow of the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, from the medical fraternity in India.
